The Journey So Far
- I graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Malabar Dental College and Research Centre in 2020 and began my journey as a practicing dentist.
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, I spent two years working as an Associate Dentist while simultaneously building a dentist-focused marketing agency, collaborating with leading dental brands such as 3M and Illusion Aligners.
- In 2022, I founded Lavia Dental Care with a single dental chair and grew it into a 3-chair multispeciality dental practice serving over 6,000 happy patients within three years.
- While building my practice, I simultaneously pursued and completed an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, combining clinical expertise with business strategy.
- I have been invited to speak at dental events and professional gatherings, where I share practical insights on practice growth, systems, technology, and the future of dentistry.
- Beyond clinical practice, I work with dental clinics and brands across India as a consultant, helping them build sustainable systems, improve operations, strengthen marketing strategies, and navigate the challenges of modern dentistry. I also invest in promising dental businesses as an angel investor.
My journey from
Dentist to Strategist
My journey in dentistry began at Malabar Dental College and Research Centre, where I graduated as a dentist in 2020. Like many others, my plans were disrupted when the COVID-19 pandemic hit shortly after graduation.
During those early years, I worked as an Associate Dentist while exploring another passion — helping dental brands grow. This led me to build a marketing agency focused exclusively on the dental industry, where I had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected brands in dentistry.
In 2022, I took the leap and started Lavia Dental Care with a single dental chair and a vision of creating a patient-first dental practice. Over the next three years, we grew into a 3-chair multispeciality clinic that has served more than 6,000 patients. Alongside building the practice, I completed my MBA, which deepened my understanding of business, leadership, and systems
As the clinic grew, I became increasingly interested in the challenges faced by dental practice owners across India. I began speaking at dental events, sharing practical insights on practice growth, systems, technology, marketing, and patient experience.
Today, my work extends beyond the dental chair. I consult with clinics and dental brands across the country, helping them build stronger systems, make better business decisions, and create sustainable growth. I also invest in promising dental businesses and support founders who are working to improve the future of dentistry.
Everything I’ve built so far has come from a simple belief: great dentistry deserves great systems. Through my clinic, consulting work, content, and investments, my goal is to help dentists build practices that are not only clinically excellent, but also profitable, efficient, and enjoyable to run.
